Let me get hands on here (pun intended) and talk about hand technique in yoga. When we connect our hands to the ground properly they become our foundation and we are more able to set ourselves up for a strong successful yoga practice. Like everything in the body we need to train the muscles and bones of the hands as we use them an awful lot.
