Whether you’re a keen cyclist, occasionally jump on your bike, or find you suffer with tight hips, thighs or shoulders, this is a good session for you. We’ll work our way through a really delicious stretch to find space and openness in the hip flexors, quads, and shoulders – all areas that may at times feel the effects of riding in the saddle! If you have access to a yoga brick or something that can be used as one then bring it along. Enjoy.
