Yoga for Back Pain

Give your back some love with this yoga class designed for strengthening your posterior chain. A lot of back pain and stiffness is caused by weakness in the glutes and legs, and roundness in the shoulders due to our working lifestyles. I like to do these classes for maintenance. They are quick and effective at targeting troublesome areas. Enjoy!
