Working into Pigeon (30 Minute Lower Body Focused)

This is a short, sweet (debatable), lower body focused Yin class. I’ve built the sequence to lead us to pigeon pose which asks us to dig a little deeper into the hip rotators. This isn’t always the most comfortable pose to work into and may require a little more patience and breath to see you through but remember that’s apart of the process of yin yoga.

This 30 minute class great if you’re short on time or have a specific need to stretch out the legs & hips. I like to do this before bed or when I’m feeling the need to be more grounded.
