Turbo Yoga (High Intensity Flow)

Okay, so this power yoga flow is for when you want to turn the music up, activate beast mode, and blast out some serious high intensity yoga moves. I had a lot of fun busting this one out and the endorphins afterwards were a treat. I don’t want you to care if you can’t do everything in this flow (I couldn’t, as you’ll see by the end!) Let it be a flow in which you step on to your mat with no expectation. Just move, have fun and stay close to your breath.
