This nifty little flow focuses on Mobility, Stability, and Flexibility – three abilities of your body that are important to understand while developing a healthy, sustainable yoga practice. I’ve designed this sequence to help you identify the difference between the three, so you can better identify and focus on them in your own practice. This is the stuff that really improves and builds an embodied yoga practice so enjoy the growth!
