In this yoga tutorial I will demonstrate the different types of planks we often encounter in a yoga class, and their modifications. We aren’t usually asked to hold a plank for extended periods of time but we do find ourselves in them several times in a flow, even if it’s just for one breath. Better to nail it for that one breath 30 times a class than not!
