In this traditional headstand yoga tutorial I demo some handy tricks and tips I’ve benefitted from over the years of pursuing a strong headstand.
Nailing my headstand really did take years, so please don’t be disheartened if you’re struggling with it yourself. It’s a long journey of building physical and mental strength to overcome the fear and frustration that comes with the pose. Eventually you will feel comfortable upside-down. I truly believe anyone in any shape and size can achieve this.
