Hip Opening Flow (Yoga for tight Hips)

If you’re struggling with tight hips or perhaps you just like to indulge in some hippy movement, this Vinyasa yoga class is for you. The humble hip seldom gets the love and attention it deserves in day to day life. Many of us lead office bound lives where sitting most of the day results in a lot of tightness in this region. Tight hips can result in weak lower backs, strained knees, and generally aches and pains elsewhere when your body tries to compensate for the lack of mobility in your hips.

This is a yummy little flow, so get that toosh on the mat and flex it out.
