Half Moon (Day 5 – 30 Mins Vinyasa) | Strengthen to Lengthen Yoga Series

Welcome to Day 5 of my summertime yoga series Strength to Lengthen. So here we are, our final chapter of Strengthen to Lengthen and we’ll go out on a half moon. I adore this posture, I love the way it feels in my body, how it opens me up and tests my balance. Without maybe realising it this posture, and what makes up it’s components, occur a lot in other postures, so we’ll discover some of those in this session. We’ll flow a lot more in this class to build up momentum as this pose needs some to enter and exit it. As much as I want you to build strength in this series and pose, I also really want you to find the ease within it. That’s what makes it so beautiful. Enjoy.
