Good Morning Spine! (15 min focus on the back)

Let’s get in to that spine of yours with a 15 minute morning yoga for your back! What an amazing piece of architecture the spine is, holding you up, supporting you through life and adapting to all your movement needs. A little appreciation for the spine can never go amiss! The spine has multiple movement functions such as, twisting, extension, flexion and side bending. Ideally we want to perform a range of those movements throughout the day to maintain a healthy spine. Here’s a 15 min wake up call for your spine. Be good to your back!
