Glutes on Fire | Vinyasa Yoga for Lower Back, Glutes and Hamstrings

Let’s get juicy and fire up the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings with some strength building dynamic vinyasa yoga. In this flow I’ll focus on the body’s deep core stabilising muscles that help sustain us during long balancing sequences and weight bearing postures. Strengthening these muscles in the posterior chain will help with posture and lower back pain – great for those who find themselves sat down in the office all day!
