Front Splits (Day 1 – 40 Mins) | Strengthen to Lengthen Series

Welcome to Day 1 of my summertime Yoga series Strength to Lengthen. In today’s session we will focus on Hanumanasana aka Front Splits. This pose requires a lot from your hamstrings and hip flexors so be patient with yourself and watch it unfold. It’s a great one to watch your progress, physically and mentally. May you eventually feel grounded in this pose as we take this ‘leap of faith’ as this posture is often described as.
