This week’s flow is a super fluid full body vinyasa flow that will unleash the dancer in you. Time to articulate the spine and get nice and open in the hips. We’ll play around with the tempo of this practice so we can gain a well rounded mix of fast and slow movements to feed our body with what it needs. Balance.
