Chair Yoga (Round 1 – Hips, Neck, and Shoulders)

There is so much you can on a chair! If you’re taking a break at work or craving a bit of a yoga stretch, here’s a short 15 minute yoga practice that targets the neck, shoulders, and hips, all from the comfort of your chair.
