Balances require focus and strength, but also openness to breathe and go with the flow. In this session I focus on transferring our weight and stability from limb to limb so we can build up to our balances gradually. This is a great little class to work the legs and core muscles especially if you’re short on time. Embrace the wobbles and the falls, we learn a lot from them. Have a giggle, pick yourself back up, and try again!
