Breathe (Yin for a troubled time)

I recorded this session in June 2020 when the world was riding the wave of not only a pandemic but a human rights issue that affected everyone in one way, shape, or form. It was a tense, emotional, and important time to sit with the discomfort and look deeply at our morals and beliefs. This session felt like a necessity and a way to sit, be still, and listen. Listen to your breath, and the breath of those around you. What can we learn from it. What are we holding in each breath? Your breath is your anchor and the gateway to your actions. It’s sacred, a privilege and the most constant component of your life and of this practice. So go inward and open from there.
