Let’s focus on all the small things! In this short Yin yoga class we focus on stretching out the fingers, hands, feet, and toes. Our frame is held together by a network of muscles all interwoven and and interconnected. Tension in one part of the body can often have knock on effects that cause problems elsewhere. So lets give these often neglected parts of the body the love and attention they deserve. Sit back and relax into it.
Yin
This yin session does exactly what it says on the tin. We’ll be targeting the shoulders, sides of the body and visit some forward folds. We’ll take our sweet time......
