Welcome to the 7 days of yoga! Dive into these 7 short flows which embody the spirit of the days of the week.

Classic hump day, Wednesday…although, the middle of the week can offer a wonderful opportunity to assess our energy and if any changes need to be made. It’s a great day for communication so take this moment, check in with yourself and others, and let’s welcome in the practice of awareness.

In this session we’ll still ride off the fresh energy from Tuesday but add a layer of softness as a tool to listen to our minds and bodies.
