Welcome to the 7 days of yoga! Dive into these 7 short yoga flows which embody the spirit of each day of the week.

Tuesday is a great day for getting things done. We take the emotional tone and intention setting from Monday and implement it with action on Tuesday. Day 2 of our week should be full of passion and drive to steer us through the rest of the week on a high.

Expect a slightly faster practice with some core strength work to build up a bit of heat in the muscles.
