Thursday is a day we often feel a surge of positivity as we begin to wrap up the “working week” (everyone’s is different of course). It’s a great day to focus on details and tie up any loose ends. Thursday is a lovely day to slow down and turn your attention towards gratitude. Let send some of that gratitude to your body and move with a gentleness so to soak up all of its goodness.
