This 30 (ish) minute beginner flow is perfect for those still finding their feet in a Vinyasa Flow class. I keep the pace relatively slow and steady so you can get to grips with each posture but also include what the style is known for, it’s fluidity. This is a beginners version of one of my intermediate 60 min classes, Fluid Flow. This will help you build the strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence to eventually dive into hopefully any Vinyasa class. And maybe you’re just short on time and want to move you body today. It’s ideal for that, anytime.
