This is a short and sweet Vinyasa flow designed to help prepare the body for backbends. Backbending is a pretty complex move that requires a lot of attention on the legs and hips to support the opening of the front body. It’s important to focus on technique with this one to ensure you can safely bend backwards without hurting the lumbar spine. Use what your mama gave you and power up those legs and glutes!
