I call this a 25 minute “powerful vinyasa” and not a “power” class because the pace is slightly slower but still packs a punch. This flow is based off one of my hour flows where we build towards Bird of Paradise posture. Its a great flow to prep the hips and shoulders for such a complex move, especially if you are short on time or what to get straight down to business.
