20 Minute Yoga for Runners (Post Run Stretch)

If you’re a runner (fresh to the curb or a long time pounder) and enjoy a yoga flow then this will be perfect for you. I’ve designed this 20 minute class as a post run (recovery) stretch for the hips and legs, with an element of vinyasa flow to it (meaning each pose tends to melt into the next). If you’re new to yoga we move slowly and steadily in this class giving you time and space to genuinely feel into each stretch. Have fun with this one, you’ve earned it.
