This is a fun one! If you’ve only got 15 minutes to get your wiggle on then this full body power yoga class is for you. I call this class “powerful progressive flow” because we’ll repeat the same sequence 3 times and add a little extra spicep with each round. I love flowing like this because there’s enough familiarity in the sequence to allow for more focus on form and breath, whilst also keeping things interesting.
