Here’s a quick a 15 minute vinyasa flow to get you pumped and ready to take on Crow Pose (Bakasana). In this class I’ve included some of my favourite ‘hacks’ to help with lift off, and to highlight the similarities in this pose with other postures you already encounter regularly in your practice.
