Hello lovely people Firstly I want to start by sending you my love. Tensions are super high right now and in general this can be a tricky time for so many of us. I hope you’re finding time and ways to cope, laugh and clear your minds.  I thought I’d send an end of year email out with my updates and what I plan on doing with my online offerings. There’s also details of our amended South of France yoga retreat dates!.. Pausing the Membership Program Pausing My Membership For over a year now we have produced weekly or bi-weekly videos to my on-demand...
Happy bank holiday Monday everyone!  Even if you are working today I hope you find some time-out just for you.  So given the UK is coming out of its lockdown (a horrible experience I wish not to repeat) I’ve been giving some thought to how my memberships program should also change. With gyms and yoga studios opening back on the 17th of May I expect many of you will be returning to your old routines, and personally my schedule is going to light up like a Christmas tree. Things are going to get busy, so I’ll need to make some tweaks...

Do you ever feel like a hamster in a wheel? Constantly rushing, super busy, frustrated that you’re not getting anywhere despite your persistence? Unsure how to navigate your way out of these habits? Talking to Kat and hearing about her yoga story made me realise how so many of us were leading our lives before this pandemic. Like little hamsters stuck on a wheel. What a huge difference there is between busy-ness and productivity.   ‘I’m one of those people who packs their schedules, runs from one thing to another, and always loses their keys. When I was consulting, it exacerbated...

Picture a rainy day in London. Grey, sorrowful and filled with the public’s frantic attempts to keep calm, carry on, but do so as dry as possible. The scene takes place at Highbury and Islington station. Sally-Anne has less than 10 seconds to catch her train, otherwise she’s in for an 11 minute wait, and in London time that roughly equates to about a day and a half. The infamous TFL closing doors beep. She lands one foot in the carriage, the other foot slips on a puddle and shoots straight down the gap – as in ‘mind the gap’....

If there was an award for ‘Best Voice in Yoga’ it would triumphantly be handed on a silver platter to Mr Rishin Paonaskar. Soothing, meditative and deceiving to the pure muscular fire you feel in his classes. Rishin has mastered the art of a slow ‘inhale for 4 counts (but really 25), exhale for double (and a little bit extra)’, leaving the room shaking for dear life but loving him for it. Rishin designs his classes at just the right level of easy going and hardcore. Empowering but not overwhelming. Strong yet soft. Light amidst the dark. Love and also...

When I think of Louise, the first thing I think of is her smile. It’s a smile that tells the story of a life well spent discovering and looking after herself. I can envision the journey, sense the challenges and feel the genuine contentment she’s worked her whole life to achieve. Not to paint a picture of perfectionism here as honestly, that doesn’t exist. But Louise is heartfelt. Her energy will wake you up and make you want to give yourself the biggest hug known to man because quite frankly, self-love is the greatest gift from you to you. Over...

‘I literally had a panic attack one evening whilst cooking dinner because I had this overwhelming realisation — like I have to cook dinner EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE…. How am I going to do this without losing my mind?!’ — Myself and Holly cackle with laughter as she tells me this story. She’s totally right, how the living hell do we perform the same boring routines day in and day out and not let it drive us insane? It was at this point whilst ‘interviewing’ Holly, initially to find out what brought her to yoga and her journey from student to...
